i ship every wednesday from stockholm, sweden, using tracked and insured postnord delivery. international orders are handed over to the local postal service upon arrival. delivery times may vary, so please contact your local provider if you experience any issues. international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees.
exchanges and repairs
if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email me with clear photos within 3 days of delivery. requests for an exchange or repair are reviewed individually and may be declined. all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

there is two types of tops: some with attached fur, and others with detached, removable fur.
the tops with attached fur require professional dry cleaning. the tops with detached fur can be hand washed in cold water once the fur has been removed.
